PHASE I. OF A 40 THOUSAND M2 RESIDENCE DEVELOPMENT

Gestor prepares the development of a unique residence complex in Szombathely in the heart of the city within a 10 minutes walking distance from the historic city center. The construction starts with three 14 flats buildings on a land of 5,000 m2 in 2016. The whole residential project will consist of around 350 apartments on three fl oors and in smaller residential compounds. The unique development area is bounded by the Gyöngyös creek. The handover of Phase I. will be in the 2nd half of 2017. The 42 apartments of the first phase will have flats from 43 to 78 m2 with penthouse residences on the top. All the fl ats have separate terraces. The buildings will be environmentally conscious and low energy consuming as the apartments’ heating and cooling will be supplied by heat pumps. All the fl ats include a parking place in the parking area next to the buildings.

The apartments and the whole residence will represent an incomparable quality and also an investment opportunity in Szombathely. Szombathely is the 10th largest city in Hungary. It is the administrative center of Vas county in the west of the country, located near the border of Austria. Szombathely has a beautifully refurbished city center and a main square and it is easily reachable from Budapest on the new highway.
