CBA is one of Hungary’s major retail store chains, its main focus is in groceries and household goods. It has expanded its franchises beyond Hungary. The company started in 1992 with ten private entrepreneur’s 17 grocery stores. In 2005 CBA group became a franchise system. There are now over 3000 CBA stores nationwide, and over 7000 retail outlets in the Central-Eastern European region. CBA retail chain includes several different types of stores, with varying technological capacities, trade and business policies. Businesses vary in size and fl oorspace from 50-80m2 specialist stores to several thousand square meter hypermarts. The property is located in the heart of the Ferencváros neighborhood of Budapest, on a block rehabilitation area. CBA currently operates a supermarket on the premises. Public utility fees are paid by the tenant to the providers directly. Tenant also pays 100% common charges the owner, who then transfers the sum to the condominium.
